The Product
During the Capstone presentation, the student will need to present a “product.” The product may be an actual physical product, a performance, a demonstration, or a service. You will have to create a product that goes along with the career field that you are researching. It does not have to be a “new” never seen before product. It needs to be a product that is a good representation of the career that you have chosen.
Some examples of acceptable products include:
Students are not required to spend any money on the Product. Please use your own discretion regarding any funds that you may choose to spend in generating your Product.
The product is due at the time of the student’s presentation. Failure to submit a product will have an impact on the student’s presentation grade. The presentation grade counts as a summative grade in the English course, in addition to the summative grade that is recorded for the research paper.

- Creating a video, PowerPoint, or website
- Bringing in an item used in the career
- Making a creation generated in said career
- Engaging in activity that shows a use of the skills related to the career
